Schedule changes:  Zumba on Saturday is now at 9:30; Water aerobics on Monday morning at 10:15 is now Aqua Zumba. 


Rep Reebok: A group strength training class developed by reebok university. You will get real results without frustrating training plateaus, using barbells and dumbbells. 

 

Yoga: Strengthen, tone, increase flexibility & circulation. Improve your overall health with this challenging yet relaxing class. 

 

Bootcamp: A high-impact cardiovascular workout for the athlete in all of us. Come jump, sprint, and condition your body into the best shape of your life.

 

Step: Improve your cardiorespiratory fitness with this high intensity, low impact aerobics class using an height platform.

 

Pilates: Total body strengthening and sculpting. Builds long, lean muscle using controlled, non jarring movements.

 

Water Aerobics: Cardiovascular and muscle strengthening exercise performed in the pool. The water provides resistance, while buoyancy reduces impact. A great cross training addition to any fitness program.

 

Spin: Burn a ton of calories in this aerobic class on a bike. Go up & down hills through challenging terrain while in a controlled climate. This activity is also low impact for the joints.

 

Flex Appeal: Come lengthen and loosen up those tired tight muscles with this 30 minute stretching class.

 

Abs Blast: Blast away that mid-section with this 15 minute abs class.

 

Zumba: Latin dance cardio class.  So much fun, you'll forget you are working out!  Feel the rhythm of the music.  Ditch the workout and join the party!
