Rep Reebok: A group strength training class developed by reebok university. You will get real results without frustrating training plateaus, using barbells and dumbbells. 
 
Yoga: Strengthen, tone, increase flexibility & circulation. Improve your overall health with this challenging yet relaxing class.
 
Interval: Cardio class designed to rev up your metabolism. Segments of moderate intensity exercise, followed by short bursts of high intensity work.  Maximize you results class.
 
Bootcamp: A high-impact cardiovascular workout for the athlete in all of us.  Come jump, sprint, and condition your body into the best shape of your life.
 
Step: Improve your cardiorespiratory fitness with this high intensity, low impact aerobics class using an height platform.
 
Pilates: Total body strengthening and sculpting.  Builds long, lean muscle using controlled, non jarring movements.
 
Water Aerobics: Cardiovascular and muscle strengthening exercise performed in the pool. The water provides resistance, while buoyancy reduces impact. A great cross training addition to any fitness program.
 
Beginner Fat Burner: Low impact aerobics class designed for those new to group exercise. Burn a maximum amount of calories, with minimum stress to the joints.
 
Spin:  Burn a ton of calories in this aerobic class on a bike.  Go up & down hills through challenging terrain while in a controlled climate.  This activity is also low impact for the joints. 
 
Flex Appeal:  Come lengthen and loosen up those tired tight muscles with this 30 minute stretching class.

Abs Blast:  Blast away that mid-section with this 15 minute abs class.
